MARCO JAVIER
Photographer Marco Javier was born in Manila in the '70s. He moved to the United States and has been living in the Washington D.C. metro area for more than a decade.
Working as an art director in the advertising and design industry for the past 12 years has helped nurture Marco's photography work. He has been involved in shooting portraits, editorial, film, and documentary for nonprofit organizations, commercial businesses, and independent artists.
In the last few years, he has studied photography under some of the most influential portrait and commercial photographers in the industry at the Santa Fe Photography Workshops such as Nadav Kander, Frank Ockenfels III, Art Streiber, and photo editor Brenna Britton.
